Dr. Rajni Agnihotri
BDS, MDS · Co-founder
Sees patients across the clinic's full range of treatment. Patients who have put off dentistry for years tend to be sent her way, and children too.
Our story
For years, patients from Dera Bassi, Lalru and Mubarikpur made the same journey for anything beyond a filling — an implant, a difficult extraction, a second opinion on a tooth someone wanted to pull.
We opened in 2014 to end that drive, and we've been treating families here ever since.
AD's Dental Clinic & Implant Centre exists to end that drive. We built a practice with the equipment, the sterilisation discipline and the specialist training to handle the hard cases locally: severely resorbed jaws, failed old work, full-mouth rehabilitation. And we kept the ordinary things — a cleaning, a whitening, a child's first check-up — just as unhurried.
Meet the dentists
Both BDS, MDS. Both here every day. The clinic has been owner-run since it opened in 2014 — which is why the person who plans your treatment is the person who carries it out.

Our mission
Three commitments that decide every treatment plan we write.
Extraction is the last option, not the fast one. If a tooth has a reasonable prognosis, we'll tell you how to keep it and what that will take.
Anaesthesia given properly, lasers where they help, and single-sitting treatment wherever the case allows. Fear is a clinical problem — we treat it like one.
You'll know the material, the number of visits and the full cost in writing. No revised figures halfway through a procedure.
What makes us different
Zygomatic and pterygoid implants, sinus lift and ridge split let us restore jaws that have been turned away elsewhere for "not enough bone".
Laser fillings and soft-tissue work mean less drilling noise, less bleeding and a faster, calmer appointment.
For most teeth, the whole treatment is completed in one appointment — useful if you're travelling in or can't take repeated time off.
Our clinical work is informed by teaching and research in dentistry — protocols are current, and we can explain why we chose them.
Next step
Bring your old X-rays if you have them. We'll examine, explain the options and give you a written plan — no obligation to start that day.
